1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated)
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Intimates, underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits
- Earrings or personal accessories
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (marked as Final Sale)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email support@fashcio.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Once approved, securely ship the item back as instructed
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- A defective item
- An incorrect item sent by Fashcio
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
If you wish to exchange an item:

- Approved exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos and your order number
We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check with your bank or payment provider
- Allow additional processing time

9. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
